 BOWLING - Please show us any coupons
you have before we commence the transaction. You can bowl by the
game or by the hour or by the session (for Glow
Bowling). You pay before you bowl here so please tell us how
many games/how many hours you want up front - there are savings
the more games/longer you bowl. We have a no-refund policy but may
offer a coupon good for unbowled games/time should you experience
a problem beyond our control and there is no other lane available

HOURLY BOWLING WITH KIDS - It is recommended you
bowl by the game if you have children under the age of 11.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK - Please do not bring
in food or drink purchased elsewhere. We have a snack
bar, sports lounge and vending machines on the premises. Please
consume food and drink carefully but never in the downstairs bowling
area. If there is a spill, let us know straight away and please
DO NOT WALK IN IT.
LANE RESERVATIONS - We gladly take phone reservations
for open bowling. Please be here at least 10 minutes prior to your
reserved time. If you are running late, we will hold the lane 5
minutes longer then give it to the next person in line
BIRTHDAY PARTIES -
We run kid's birthday parties here after school weekdays and on
weekends (with some time restrictions). Please reserve your party
3 days in advance.
Detailed flyers are at the front desk and we can substitute pizza
for a slightly higher charge. You are encouraged to bring a cake.
"We clean up the mess!"
ATM/CHECKS - We have an ATM located on the concourse
behind lane 2 for your cash needs. We also accept credit card payment
for bowling and parties at the front desk. We accept checks that
display current address and phone number with corresponding ID.
Check limit is the amount of purchase. Tenpins & More league
bowlers may add up to $30 on the day of their league, tournament
or open play visits. There is a $ 30 return check fee.
BILLIARDS - Please leave a current, valid drivers
license at the front desk BEFORE putting any money in the pool tables.
We will give you the cues, balls and chalk. Put money in when finished
the game then return all equipment to get your ID back.
LOCKERS - We rent them for one year from start
date. Existing lockers renew each September. Rental is $ 25 or $
15 for seniors. Key deposit $ 5. We accept NO responsibility for
any equipment left in or stolen from lockers.
BALL REPAIRS - If your personal ball is damaged
please take it to the Pro-Shop during open hours. We may repair
it at no charge to you. Remember to let us know on which lane it
was damaged.
SMOKING - Is permitted at certain times on the
upper concourse level. No smoking is allowed on the lower bowling
level, in the playroom in the offices or in the restrooms.
GLOW IN THE DARK SESSIONS
- These are run at advertised times throughout the year. Prices
vary depending on time and session but al offer unlimited bowling,
shoe rental and if advertised prizes for color pin strikes and spares.
Be here 30 minutes early to check-in and pre-pay. We always take
phone reservations for all of our Glow sessions.
NO FOOLING AROUND - We cater to more than 2,500
people on average every week of the year. Please do not fool around
whilst bowling. If any part of our pinsetting equipment is broken
it costs you money, time and enjoyment. Please always treat the
equipment and the Center with respect.
