36th Annual Women's Invitational Tournament

Men's dates:
- Saturdays - June 6, 13, 20
- Sundays - June 7, 14, 21

Times will be assigned on a first-come basis
Reserved Entries close midnight May 29th, 2009 (post-marked by 5/30/09)

Entry forms without current membership numbers and average verifications from your local association will be returned.
Entry fees are $22 per bowler per event
$12 Prize Fund/$10 Expenses
Optional All Events $6 Scratch / $6 Handicap
This is a multiple participation tournament
Prize Fund returned 100% - Prize Ratio is at least 1 for 6
$1.00 from each ALL EVENTS entry will be donated to CNM USBC Youth Scholarship Fund!
