- Break of the boards: Area approximately twenty feet from the foul line there the maple boards meet the pines boards. Hard maple boards are used between the foul line and the break of the boards to withstand the impact of bowling balls. (dovetails, piano keys, splice)

2008 New Mexico Open!
August 14 - 17, 2008

Join us again this year as Tenpins & More hosts the NM Open presented by the New Mexico Sports Authority and the Bank of Albuquerque

First Prize is $6,000! Enter now and get into the Big Bowling Action. Over 120 bowlers are expected from New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada and Texas.

  • High game award during qualifying on Saturday squads for each pair of lanes is $75. Tied scores share prize.
  • There is no limit to number of awards a bowler can win.
  • This award good for each separate squad for a total of $2,700 in high game awards

Entry fees are as follows:
  • Entry fee is $75 to be submitted with the entry form
  • Sweeper $30 per attempt - these events open to ALL bowlers
  • Practice session is no charge to competitors only
  • Pro-Am appearance fee for eligible tournament bowlers is $30 per squad
